Three times during the year, Karnival travels down to London with 100+ bucket collectors on a Thursday evening, stay in a hostel and wake up bright and early for a full day of fundraising for Marie Curie, Breast Cancer Campaign and Poppy Appeal. In 2014, just over 100 student collectors raised a whopping £66,000 for Poppy Appeal – this broke the record for the most money raised in a single day by student collectors!
